1 slice German-style rye bread (optional: toasted)
1 Tablespoon crème fraîche, neufchâtel, or cream cheese 
Sliced smoked salmon (enough to cover the bread)
Thinly sliced cucumber (enough to cover the bread)
Fresh dill for topping
