Breakfast Shake

Start your day off right with a loaded smoothie that's not too healthy, not too sweet.


INGREDIENTS

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 heaping Tablespoon dried greens blend (something like this works well)
1 Tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon maca
1 heaping Tablespoon unsweetened peanut or almond butter
1 Tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
Small handful of ice (optional)

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients in a single size blender cup. Blend until smooth. Sip, smile, start your day.
