Q: What are your qualifications?

A: I'm certified as a holistic health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and have studied over 100 dietary theories. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Saint Michael's College in beautiful Winooski, VT and prior to health coaching worked as a counselor and advisor working one-on-one with kids, teens and adults trying to get their lives on track. But most importantly, I'm a real person with real experience. I've had my own health struggles and triumphs and plenty of trial and error along the way--as a health coach I'll help you seek your own solutions while avoiding the pitfalls of a poorly executed green smoothie recipe.

Q: What made you want to be a health coach?

A: It's as good for me as it is for the people I work with; I'm my best self when I'm helping others become their best selves. I have ideas to share and an open ear and heart to hear your story, health coaching allows me to package what I'm best at to help others. I want to spread the good word that healthy living is NOT about a diet or an exercise or a magic pill; it's about making peace with your body and agreeing to treat it well and know you'll get the best out of it in return.

Q: What does your program include?

A: That's really up to you! Every health coaching program is tailored to the individual; I work hand in hand with my clients to assess their needs and goals and together we take the steps to achieve lifelong results. Areas I can help with include balancing weight, resolving digestive issues, headaches and migraines, poor sleep quality, anxiety, stress, depression and forging a healthy relationship with you and your food, your body, your lifestyle, your health.

Q: Where can I learn more?

A: Sign up for a complementary health consultation.
